Rain in the west, better in the east

Saturday
Some showers for Portugal, while a band of heavy rain spreads south across Spain along with strong winds. A dry start for France, but heavy rain arrives from the Atlantic. Rain and then showers for the British Isles. A dry morning for the Low Countries, but rain arrives later. A dry and bright day for Germany, Poland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland. Some showers for the Baltic States and Belarus. Cloudy with a few showers for Ukraine.
Sunny spells for Switzerland, Austria, Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary. A few showers for the Romania and the Balkans.
A sunny day for the Balearics, but cloudier with some showers in the evening. Sunny spells for Sardinia and Corsica. Dry and sunny for Italy and Greece. Turkiye will see plenty of sunshine over the west and central parts, but sleet and snow for the eastern parts. Dry with sunshine for Cyprus.

Sunday
Rain into the northwest of Spain and northern Portugal. Fair in eastern and southern areas of Spain. The Balearics should be fair too with more sunshine here. A few showers for Corsica and Sardinia whilst Italy will be wetter with rain here. Fair in Greece and Turkey with good spells of sunshine.
Rain in northwestern France but fair for most of the country. Further rain and showers in the Low Countries. Rain for Germany, some of it heavy. Fair for Poland, sunny spells here. Hungary will be dry with sunshine. A few showers in Austria with heavy rain possible across Switzerland.
This rain extends to Denmark with strong winds here too. Windy in the Baltic States but dry. Staying fair for Finland, sunny spells here. Fair for most of Sweden. Norway will have some rain in the south although northern areas look brighter and drier.
