Heavy thunderstorms in the central and western Mediterranean, fair much of northern areas

Thursday
Heavy, thundery showers northern and eastern Spain. Fair and warm central and southern Spain and Portugal. Heavy showers and rain in the Balearics. Further heavy showers for Sardinia and Corsica. Sunshine and scattered showers in Italy. Greece and Turkey will be dry and sunny.
A few showers in northwest France but mostly dry and fair. More sunny spells for the Low Countries. Showers in eastern and southern Germany. Poland will have heavy and thundery showers, Hungary will be dry with sunny spells, heavy showers in Austria and Switzerland.
Fair for Denmark with sunny spells and dry weather. The Baltic States will be dry and sunny. Scattered showers for northern Finland. Sweden will be dry and sunny too. Norway will be fair and dry, some showers in the ar north of Norway.

Friday
Showers in northern Spain. Rain affecting western Portugal. Fair for the rest of Spain. The Balearics will be dry and fair, more sunshine here. Scattered showers in Italy, fair north and south. Greece and Turkey will be fair with lots of sunshine.
Showers, some of them heavy in central areas. Sunshine in the Low Countries and Germany as well as Poland. Hungary may have a few showers in the east but western areas should be fine. Austria will be fair with some sunny spells. heavy showers in Switzerland.
Denmark will have some sunny spells. Fair for Sweden with plenty of sunshine. The Baltic States will be dry and fair, more sunshine here. The sunshine extends into Finland too. Windy with rain or sleet in western areas of Norway.
